Programme Details & How We Do This

When you join the programme, you first go through our onboarding system and get access to our private client community. You will then be contacted by your coach to book in your Game Plan Call.

This is where we build your plan together. We set clear commitments, identify the habits and behaviours to focus on, and create a nutrition and training approach that fits your lifestyle. You leave this call knowing exactly what to work on first.

From there, everything runs through our coaching app, giving you structure, clarity, and support in one place.

Inside the app, you will receive a personalised training plan, clear nutrition guidance, daily habit tracking, weekly check-ins with your coach, and direct messaging for feedback and support.

Your plan evolves as your life changes, whether that is busy weeks, travel, or family commitments. This keeps the process realistic and sustainable.
