Client Check In Form
The purpose of this is to create a process of refection, review your week, celebrate your wins, find solutions to your challenges and be clear on what you need to focus on for the coming week to move you a step closer to your goal.
Please ensure you have recorded your body weight and/or pictures have been taken (front, side back) and uploaded via the app unless instructed otherwise. This is an important metric for your coach to know along with any other data logged (habit tracker, steps, exercise, nutrition).
