Plan out the nutrition you can commit to, plan out your exercise program and the steps can you hit each day.

The key here is incremental change over time and committing to doing better each week no matter how big or small.

MyFitnessPal

Download MyFitnessPal from the App/Android Store.

You can then enter all your personal details.

You do not need to worry about the targets MFP set, as they are generic. I will personally set your calorie/macro goals.

On the app, find the ‘More’ tab and select ‘Friends’.

Press the ‘+’ button and select username. Please add me lkgldn1987.

Next, press ‘More’ again and select ‘Settings’ From there, hit ‘Sharing and Privacy’, ‘Diary Sharing’, and select ‘Public’. This will enable me to keep track of your food diary via Trainerize.

Please turn off the exercise function. Hit ‘More’, ‘Steps’, and ‘Don’t Track Steps’.

To add food on the home screen, select the big ‘+’, and then ‘Food’. Select which meal, and use either the ‘Search’ function.
