Our coaching team includes myself, Luke, along with Coach Alfie and Coach Phil.

We’re three coaches with different backgrounds but the same mission — to help busy people like you build a body and life they’re proud of without extreme diets or unrealistic plans.

We understand the challenges that come with life, family, work, and trying to balance it all while looking after your own health. Our job is to help you reclaim that — one step at a time.

We work with people who’ve let things slip, physically or mentally, and are ready to feel like themselves again. To feel fit, strong, capable, and proud of who they are, whether that’s for themselves, their career, or their family.

Between us, we bring decades of experience and have helped thousands of people around the world. We’re on the same page, we genuinely care, and we’re always working to give you the best possible coaching experience.

When you join the programme, we start with a Game Plan Call.

This is where we build your plan together — setting clear commitments, identifying the habits and behaviours to focus on, and creating a nutrition approach that fits your lifestyle.

From there, everything runs through our coaching app — so you’ve got structure, clarity, and support at your fingertips.

Inside the app, you’ll get:

Each week, you’ll get a personalised pre-recorded video from us breaking down everything you’ve logged — training, nutrition, habits, progress — so you know exactly what’s going well and what to focus on next.

You’ll also check in with us directly. We’ll review how things are going, make adjustments if needed, and keep you moving forward. No starting over. No guesswork.

If we haven’t heard from you, we’ll check in again before the weekend. That’s two touchpoints from us — because we know how important it is to feel supported and accountable in the process and mission at hand.
